Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using MAIRP Mods products. The use of the Products implies your implicit acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please cease using the Product.
Definitions:
1. "We," "our," refer to MAIRP Mods, the entity that owns and develops MAIRP Mods Products.
1.2 "User," "you" refer to the person or entity using the Product.
1.3 "Product" refers to the textures and related services provided by MAIRP Mods, which are intended to be used in conjunction with 3D meshes developed and legally owned by Rockstar Games Studios, as well as other parties mentioned in each case, except for our models.
Usage Rights
2. MAIRP Mods grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-personal license to use the textures and services provided by MAIRP Mods in accordance with these Terms.
2.1 You are not allowed to redistribute, sell, rent, or transfer MAIRP Mods textures or services to third parties without the written consent of MAIRP Mods.
2.2 The use of textures and related services is permitted only in association with the models provided, and in the form received, with the models being 3D meshes developed and legally owned by Rockstar Games Studios, or other parties mentioned in each case.
Product Usage
3. You agree to use MAIRP Mods textures and services legally and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during usage.
3.1 You are not permitted to use MAIRP Mods textures and services in any way that could negatively affect their performance or security, or violate the intellectual property rights of Rockstar Games Studios or other third parties.
Updates and Modifications
4. We reserve the right to update or modify MAIRP Mods textures and services and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4.1 It is your responsibility to periodically check these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
Termination of Use
5. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to MAIRP Mods textures and services for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.
Custom orders
6. MAIRP Mods reserves the right to accept or refuse a possible order.
6.1 Upon accepting an order, the duration of its execution may vary from two to five days, and in the case of a more complex order that requires additional time, this will be discussed (with a margin of error of two days) in advance.
6.2 Upon accepting the order, payment will be made after the demonstrative presentation of the product (of the part of the product).
6.3 Upon completion of the product and its confirmation by the client, the product will be delivered, and any additional modifications (excluding assistance in case of possible errors) will incur additional expenses.
6.4 In addition to the established in ticket price, custom orders will incur additional costs representing Tebex fees. These fees, approximately, constitute an additional 20% of the product price.

Additional Provisions
8. These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and MAIRP Mods regarding the use of MAIRP Mods textures and services and replace any prior or current written or oral agreements on this subject.
8.1 If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the other clauses remain in effect. By using MAIRP Mods textures and services, you agree to abide by these Terms and act in accordance with them. Unauthorized use or violation of these Terms may result in the interruption or restriction of your access to MAIRP Mods textures and services. It is important to read and understand these Terms before using the Product.
